Website enquiries

If you contact us through this site, we process the details you provide (name, email, organisation, and your enquiry) solely to respond to you and discuss a potential engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.

Our research-recruitment services

When we build a sample frame, we process business-context personal data about professionals in their professional capacity, drawn from public and official sources. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests for research recruitment, supported by a documented Legitimate Interests Assessment, and bounded by PECR for electronic contact. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, or to be removed from a frame, contact hello@samplequick.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Retention & security

We retain data only as long as the purpose requires, then delete it securely. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed for a single purpose, and never resold.
